No — QFC-approved buildings host both QFC-licensed and non-QFC tenants. The address is only mandatory for QFC-licensed entities. A non-regulated firm can still rent a QFC Tower suite, but loses the regulatory proximity advantage.
The operator must provide a QFC Authority validation letter for the specific suite (not the building). We pre-validate every QFC operator address with QFC Authority directly before recommending it.
